Café Con Menta

Mull type drink. Where all the ingredients are heated and foam together.


  • 2 ounces of Tilawa Coffee, freshly brewed
  • 1 ounce of Mint syrup
  • 1 ounce of condensed milk
  • 4 ounces of liquid milk
  • You will need a manual milk cremator


Heat together all the ingredients, without bringing them to a boil. Then place them in a manual cremator and froth them for 15 seconds. Let stand for 15 seconds. Serve in a tall glass cup (pre-heated). Decorate with whipped cream.
